我々は3モデル合計で10%のコストダウンを実現するので、御社へは3モデル合計で3%のコストダウンをお願いしたい。
4ヶ月後、5ヶ月後を想定した場合、現状のコストでは競合メーカーとの価格争いに追従出来ない。追従できないということは予算台数も到達せず、減産となって我々双方にとっても良い話ではない。

We would like to achieve following price after 4th quarter working together.
We will try to achieve 10% cost down in 3 models. So, we would like to ask your cooperation to bring the cost down by 3% in 3 models.
Imagining 4 or 5 months later, we don’t believe that we can be as competitive as our competitors at our current cost. Not being able to competitive means we will not be able to achieve our target unit, which will result in production cutback. That situation is not very favorable for both of us.
Let’s achieve the target unit by meeting this request!
