I'm very dissapointed with my order you claim the watch was a Japanese movement and it's not the movement it's made in Malaysia and the case in China so nothing it's made in Japan and the warranty it's not good here so I need to know if you got a Japanese made watch to replace this watch. This it's not worth $200 it's Chinese made please let me know how you going to replace this watch for what your website say Japanese made if I know was Chinese I won't buy it thank you
私は今回の注文に対してがっかりしてます。時計は日本製だと記載しているのに実際はマレーシア製で、箱については中国製となっており、なに一つ日本製ではありません。また、これでは保証も効きません。ですので貴社が本製品と交換できる日本製の腕時計を持っているか知る必要があります。
この時計は中国製で200ドルも価値はないです。
中国製であると知っていたのなら購入しませんでしたので、貴社がどのようにこの時計を貴社のウェブで記載しているものと交換するつもりなのか教えてください。よろしくお願いします。
The item has arrived, but it was not as expected. The item arrived and is not as decribed on the detail page. The decription shows "Japanese automatic movement"but it is not Japanese made it is Malaysian made which is also not as decribed. The item also says that there is a 2 year warranty on the item but the warranty that customer received shows that the warranty is only covered in japan which does customer no good. The customer would like to have the item that he paid for but if this is not possible please refund the customer completely and send instructions on how to return item.Please respond to the customer regarding this issue as soon as possible.
