I'm afraid but you cannot increase the e-mail capacity. I made sure that both channels are malfunctioned. Actually they can make little sound, but only when you turn the volume to the maximum. I have some Macintosh, too, so I'm sure I did the setting properly. I used to use the same C32, and I needed to have it fixed since there has been something wrong with it. So, you need to have it repaired in this case as well, and it will cost me over $500 for sure. I bought it from you because you said the condition was good.
