発送前には無いクラックがある以上お客様からダメージリポートを出して頂かない限り、こちらも動くことは出来かねます。また、現物を確認しにあなたのところへ係の者が行く可能性がありますので、触らずに保管の程お願いします。ダメージリポートの申請が終わって補償の申請が通ったら残りの金額を返金することも可能です。返金可能となった場合は、商品到着時と同じ梱包方法での返品をお願いします。こちらの送料はお客様負担となります。こちらで返品された商品が確認出来次第、残額を振り込み致します。
If we have a crack that had not existed before sending, we cannot work on it unless you submit a damage report.
A person in charge might visit you for checking the item, so we ask you to store it without touching.
If the application of the compensation passes after applying for the damage report, we can refund the remaining amount.
If it is refunded, please return the item in the same way as it is packed when you receive it.
