Please contact the merchant to inquire about the return policy and procedure and to request a Prepaid Return Shipping Label. Then email the prepaid shipping label to us. We will then prepare the package for return with the label. There is a $7 return processing fee per package with a label. A return label can sometimes be referred to as a Call Tag.

If you cannot obtain a shipping label then we can return the items to the merchant at your expense. Please provide the name, address and phone number of the merchant. Our shipping rates are based on the weight and dimensions of the package we ship and the state the merchant is located in. We ship domestically with FedEx Overnight, 2nd day, or Ground (7-10 days). We have provided a Shipping Rates Calculator on which you can estimate your shipping rates. We will ship with FedEx Ground unless you specify otherwise. 2nd Day and Overnight shipping are not guaranteed on weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
