I just got back from the USPS they told me they can not file an incident report as per your request as the item is not insured on their end or in their system. This was my 3rd trip to the post office (this is my 5th message to you). I am sorry but this is just unacceptable, I have in good faith tried to do everything you have asked but O can not keep taking time off of work. I am attaching a picture of the broken seconds hand for your records and will be reaching out to ebay and paypal for further assistance if I do not get clear guidelines from you on the next steps soon.

USPSから今戻ってきたところですが、商品はUSPSが保険を掛けたものではなく、システムに記録されていないので、USPSは貴販売店の依頼に応じて事件報告を申請できないと言っていました。これで郵便局に行ったのは3回目です。（これでこの件に関する5回目のメッセージです。大変申し訳ありませんが、この状態を受け入れることはできません。気販売店の依頼を全てこなそうと誠実に対応してきましたが、これ以上仕事の時間を取るわけにはいきません。貴販売店から次にとる明確な指示を早急にもらえない場合は、壊れた中古のレコードを添付しeBayとPayPalにどうすればよいのかの手伝いを依頼します。
