私たちのODRはキャンセル率が５％を超えています。VATをお客様が負担するものと勘違いしたり、台風で発送が遅れてキャンセルがありました。私たちの改善計画は以下のとおりです。台風が予想される時期はSALではなくＥＭＳを利用し、遅れないように発送します。またVATの金額は届かないとわからないので、請求があればVAT分の負担は私たちが当然行いますし、問い合わせあればお客様に必ずメールで返信します。
Our ODR has exceeded a 5% cancellation rate. There were cases that the client misunderstood the shouldering of the VAT, or delays in shipping during typhoons. My improvement plan is as follows. During times when a typhoon is predicted, we will use EMS instead of SAL to avoid delays in shipping. In addition, since we do not know if the VAT amount has not arrived so if there is a request, then we should proceed with shouldering the VAT and we have to respond to an inquiring client through email.
