Although we manage the event hall by preparing perfectly, please let a guard know when you find a suspicious person or items.
We ask you to remove the accesories such as rings and bracelets, etc. when you participate in shaking hands.
In case where the sponsor decides that it is not appropriate to partcipate in the event for managing this event safely, we might refuse participation of some customers. We ask you to understand it in advance.

The event is going to be held outside. We ask you to take care of yourself by yourself by drinking water, etc. and pay attention to the heat stroke sufficiently.

The members cannot accept a present other than the letter from you. We ask you to understand it in advance.
We prohibit that you make a wild action or utter a wild voice, which surprise the members.
※会場内・近隣に置いてのゴミ放置は固く禁止いたします。必ず各指定のゴミ捨て場に捨てていただくか、お持ち帰りになるかにしていただきます。
※ご来場の際は、最寄りの公共交通機関をご利用ください。
※会場内の器物破損などの行為をお客様が行った場合、主催側は一切の責任を負いかねますのでご注意ください。

We strictly prohibit that you leave the wastes and garbages in the hall or near it. Be sure to discard it in the each designated dumping place or you bring it back with you.

The hours of shaking hands are limited. We ask you to understand it in advance.
The number of the participation ticket of the shaking hands is limited. We ask you to understand it in advance.
※握手会参加券はイベント当日のみ有効とさせていただきます。
※握手会参加券1枚につき、お一人様一回握手会にご参加頂けます。
※握手会参加券は握手会の際に回収させていただきます。
※握手会参加券の紛失、盗難等による再発行はいたしませんので御了承下さい。
※握手会に複数回ご参加希望の場合、握手会後、再度列の最後尾に並んでいただきます。
※握手会は握手以外の行為は禁止とさせていただきます。
The partcipation ticket of the shaking hands is valid only on the day when the event is held.
By using 1 participation ticket of the shaking hands, 1 person can participate only once.
We will collect the participation ticket of the shaing hands when you participate in it.
We will not reissue the participation ticket of the shaking hands if you lose it or it is stolen,etc. We ask you to understand it in advance.
If you would like to participate in the shaking hands for more than twice, we ask you to stand at the end of the line again after participating in it.
In the shaking hands, you are not allowed to do other than shaking hands.
