私は合計567.55＄を支払っているのに、返金は何故492＄だけなのか？

商品返送が必要なのであれば支払った全額567.55＄を返金するのが当然ではないか？
※ebayのルールで返品の送料は私が負担するのは理解しているが、売り手の過失なのに、購入時の送料まで私が負担するのはおかしい。
私はセラーでもあるが、商品に問題があった時は必ず全額を返金している
