RockAuto was responsible for shipping your order to the address you provided in Florida. If you shipped your order internationally, this was something beyond our control. As a result, we are unable cover shipping to return the guide from Japan. If you wish, we can reimburse you up to $5.68 for the return shipping - this was the cost to ship the guide to you in Florida. Then, we can reship the correct book to you in Florida if you wish.

RockAutoはお客様から教えていただいたフロリダの住所への出荷には責任がありました。お客様が注文を外国の配送先に送る事を望まれた場合は、当社の手には負えませんでした。結果として、ガイドを日本から返品するために返品送料を負担することは出来ません。お望みであれば、5.68ドルまでを返品送料として返金することが出来ます。この金額はフロリダの住所に出荷する送料とほぼ同じ金額です。その後、お客様がお望みであれば、正しい本をフロリダに再出荷することが出来ます。
In the future, if you are going to ship parts domestically first, then internationally, I would advise to check all the contents of your order prior to shipping them internationally. This will ensure that you can catch any errors that you may see prior to shipping the order internationally. RockAuto can only accept responsibility for shipping on the order to the original shipping address.
もし将来、部品を国内に最初に発送し、それから海外に発送するのであれば、海外に発送する前に注文品の中身全てをチェックする事をお勧めします。これによって、注文品を海外に発送する前にエラーに気付けるようになります。
