We are willing to
refund you the total cost that we accepted from you which is $198.30,even
though you contacted us after the refund window of 14 days. We don't have
anything to to with shipping outside of the US as mentioned.
Another
option is, and we think this would be best, we are to refund you the cost
for the two defective units, and you don't have to ship anything back to
us.
We will process the partial refund for the 2 units as soon as
we hear from you in case that this is what you want. If you'd like the
full refund then we will process the refund once we receive the merchandise
back at our ware house.
お預かりしている＄１９８．３０の費用全額の返金については喜んでさせていただきます。（お客様は１４日間の返金期間以降にご連絡いただいたのですけれど。）ただ、すでにお伝えしたように、アメリカ国外の配送に関しては、当方は何もできません。
あるいは、（そしてこちらの解決策をおすすめしますが）、当方は、破損していた二つの部品の代金分を返金をさせてもらい、お客様は、商品を返送する必要をなくすという方法もあります。
破損していた２つの部品についてのみの一部返金の手続きについては、ご希望でしたらば、ご連絡を頂いた時点ですぐに手続きにはいります。全額返金をご希望でしたら、当方の倉庫に返送商品を受け取った時点での手続き開始となります。
