I'm really sorry you didn't win :-(I don't know if you would be interested but I do have a second thimble but it has some damage to the base. It can be displayed to give look perfect and the piece that has broken could be mended with invisible results if you use the right glue. If you would like some photographs I can send them to you if you let me know your email address. I wouldn't expect you to pay the high price you bid in the auction.If you are intested just let me know.
