返金は私達の元に商品が戻ってきた時点で開始されます。
商品に問題が無ければ商品代金の全額を返金します。
商品を開封した場合は50％を返金します。なお送料に関しては返金できません
また宛所不明で返送されてきた場合は返送に掛かる送料として15ドルを返金額から差引きます。

When an address is wrong I think the package usually gets send back to us with a ''unknown address'' label, but if someone else took it by mistake that person would have to return it to us.
The money is returned when the product has returned to us.
Once we have confirmed that there are no problems with the product the full price will be reimbursed.
If the product has been opened 50% of the price will be returned. We also can not reimburse the shipping costs.
