エラー２７ですが、リードエラーです。本体は調整済みですので、ゲームディスクのエラーが考えられます。
古いゲームですので、磁気エラー等により読み込み不良が出やすくなっており、全てのゲームが動作する訳ではありません。
その２つのゲームは他の本体での起動は確認出来ましたでしょうか？
調整は可能ですが、その２つのゲームが起動するようになっても他のゲームが起動しなくなる場合があります。
As for Error 27, it is a read error. Since the console has already been adjusted, we believe the error is coming from the game discs.
Since these are old video games, they will have problems being read due to magnetism errors, so it's not possible that all the games will be operable.
Have you tried seeing if those two games will work on other consoles?
It may be possible to adjust the console, but if we make it so that those two games will work on it, other games may not be able to work on the console.
