演武場建設の歴史や塔時計が付けられたいきさつ、農学校生徒の英語による学習の様子、時計台を取り上げた歌と小説、修復工事の映像など様々な角度から時計台を学ぶことができる。
時計台の鐘
演武場はかつて「農学校の大時計」と呼ばれていた。農学校が移転し札幌区が演武場を譲り受けた頃より「時計台」と呼ばれるように。都心のビル化が進む以前、鐘は一里四方に響き渡り市民に澄んだ鐘の音を届けていた。

From various angles, you can learn the history of the martial arts hall and the clock tower, observe the classes in English among agricultural school students, hear the song about the clock tower, and watch the video of the restoration work for the clock tower.
The bell of the clock tower
Long time ago, the martial arts hall was called "The Big Clock Tower of the Agricultural School."
I has been called a "clock tower" since the agricultural school has moved and Sapporo Ward was has been given the martial arts hall. Before the city has been urbanized, the bell had spread and delivered its beautiful sounds to citizens throughout the city.
