前回の注文についていくつかお聞きしたことがあります。
1 ○○は12個バケツのカバーがついていたのですが、肝心のバケツが6個しか届きませんでした。
2 □□の商品ですが、72個中24個において、蓋が緩んでおり、中身が半分以上漏れていました。確実に出荷時から緩い状態であったと考えられます。
今回に限らず、液物商品全般で、何個か漏れが見られます。

バケツの残りと漏れた商品の補填を行ってもらうとともに
今後、液物関係の商品は蓋の締め方を厳重に行ってもらいたいと思っております。
Regarding the previous order, I have some questions.
1. There are supposed to be lids attached to 12 units of 〇〇. However, I have received only 6 buckets.
2. Regarding □□, 24 units out of 72 units arrived with their lids bent, and more than half the contents have leaked. They must have been loosely closed from the time of shipment.
Not only this time around, but there are some similar leakage problems on liquid products in general.
That is all.
I would like additional buckets that are missing, and compensation for the leaked products.
Also, please make sure that all liquid products will be carefully sealed properly with lids in the future.
