Human Resources Development Committee of Japan Exhibition Association held “The First Human Resources Development Seminar” on April 21. About 42 young employees in the exhibition industry attended the seminar.

Mr. Ishizumi, Chairman of Japan Exhibition Association, delivered the lecture under the theme of “Master card of Japanese economic development is the exhibition (International Fairs)”.

During the speech, he lectured that exhibitions has been providing a great effect for the economic ripple effect and improving international competitiveness by showing specific figures referencing the results of the “Smart Energy Week 2014”.
In addition, he also explained that it is necessary to establish new exhibitions and construct a large scale convention center for the development of Japanese economy.
