私は４月２０日にsellerに商品が届かないことをメールしました。sellerは４月２６日に発送すると返事がありました。５月２日にまだ届かないので商品のトラッキングナンバーをメールで尋ねました。その後返事がありません。
I have emailed the seller on April 20, telling them that I haven't received the item. The seller wrote back to me saying that they were going to ship it on April 26. As of May 2, I haven't received the package yet and I asked seller to provide me the tracking number. I haven't head back from them.
