ただいま、郵便局から連絡がありました。
3つのケースが考えられるようです。
1.先程のお話させて頂いた関税に関する事です。
しかし、このケースはほとんどないとの事です。
対応している郵便局も今までに事例のないケースのようです。
2.重さの申告が間違えていた可能性です。
しかし、これも郵便局・私両者で確認を取り間違いはありませんでした。
3.言いがかりの可能性。国によってはかかりもしない値段をふっかけられるケースもあるようです。残念ですがシンガポールも同様のケースがあったようです。
We have just heard form the post office.
They say there are possibilities of the following three cases:
1. It is customs duty as mentioned in the former e-mail. But the post office say that it is a very rare case, and they have never experienced either.
2. Possibility of a wrong weight declared.
But the weight was confirmed both of the post office and us. It was just correctly declared.
3. It could be a false accusation. In some countiries, a rediculous amount of fee can be charged. And they say that in Singapore, they have seen some cases of this kind.

を確認してください。
そして上記の事をお伝え願えますか？

私が郵便局を通じシンガポールに調査請求を起こします。
調査請求を起こせば、シンガポールから日本へ
なぜ、このような事になっているか報告が行くようです。
まずは、このような形で対応して頂けませんか？

If the situation is still the same, I will file an investigation request to Singapore through Japan Post.
They say that an investigation request should force Singapore side to report to Japan side.
