hello, I noticed that you took $** out of my account for the case you purchased from me. that was covered under insurance because i adjusted the insured value to cover the case too. that money was supposed to stay in my account. i'd appreciate it if you could transfer that back to me. you did get a full refund on the guitar and it is still functional with minor scratches on it. i was on the phone for at least 5 hours to work out your insurance case. if you don't return the $** i will file a case to get it back.
