注文したXXXですが、同梱の状態が良くなかったらしく添付の写真の通り商品同士が接触して傷が付いてしまっていました。
今後はXXXを同梱する場合、梱包を工夫するようにお願いします。
XXXを別梱包して送料が多少増えるのも構いません。
私も同時に注文する商品に気をつけるようにします。
The item XXX I ordered has some scratches as shown in the attached photo probably because the poor packaging made the items touch each other.
I would like you to make a good arrangement when packaging several XXX's together next time.
It's OK even if the shipping cost will be higher for separate packaging.
I will also take care about the items I order simultaneously.
