添付の承諾書にサインして欲しいとの事ですが、メールに書類が
添付されていませんでしたので、送ってください。
今回の件は昨年の１１月から長い期間かかっていて、何度もメールでやり取りを
しているのになかなか状況が進まないので、本当にそちらが返金してくれるのか
不安になっています。承諾書にサインをして返送したらなるべく早く返金対応をして下さい。
まずは必要書類をお待ちしています。

I would like to choose (b) Wire Transfer for the method of the return. But your e-mail did not include the "agreement" you mentioned you "attached". Please send the agreement which I need to sign on immediately.
As I have been exchanging e-mails with you since last November without seeing any progress, I am getting to suspect if you are really going to return my money.
I hope you proceed with the refund once I sign and return the agreement to you.
