今回の問題について、弊社の状況をご説明いたします。
問題のほとんどは、商品の到着が遅い、または商品が到着しないということですが、これは商品の到着日設定に問題があることが原因の一つです。
弊社は発送方法に日本郵便を使用していますが、STANDARD SHIPPINGの場合国際小包での発送となります。この発送方法だと、到着までに5日~14日かかりますので、設定期間をすぎる場合があります。
この到着予定日の設定変更を試みているのですが、そのやり方が分かりません。

Please let me explain our situation regarding this issue.
Most of the problems come down to the delivery of the products being late or not delivered, but one of the reasons has to do with the problem in the estimated arrival date setting of the products.
We ship using Japan Post and that means we use International Package shipping for STANDARD SHIPPING. With this method, it takes 5-14 days until delivery and it may exceed the specified time-frame.
We have been trying to change the settings for this estimated delivery date but we cannot figure out how to do this.
