お届けする国の交通状況などによって遅れる場合がありますので、あくまでも目安としてお考えください。
発送後の荷物の問い合わせはバイヤー自身で行ってください。
<荷物の保管>
規定の期間までに商品が届かない場合は、まずお近くの配達所へ連絡してください。
配達所での荷物の保管期限は1週間前後です。

<Estimated Leadtime>
Air Small Packet/ 7 to 10 days
EMS/ 4 to 7 days
Please note that the leadtimes are expectations, and actual delivery may be delayed due to the traffic conditions and other causes in the destined country. Buyers are responsible for contacting their local post offices to trace their packages after shipment.
<Package Storage>
When you do not receive your package within the specified period, please contact your local delivery office first. Usually, delivery offices store packages for about a week.
保管期限を過ぎると荷物は日本へ返送されます。
返送された場合注文をキャンセルし代金を返金します。
再発送は行いませんので注意してください。
<保証>日本国内でのみ1年間有効
当店が案内する日本の住所へ商品を送る事で保証を受ける事が出来ます。
<キャンセル>商品の発送前までに連絡してください。
商品発送後のキャンセルは商品代金から実際にかかった発送料金を差し引いた金額の返金となります。
<税金>輸入税やその他の税金は商品価格に含まれていません。
これらの税金はバイヤー自身でご確認ください。
When you do not pick up your package within the storage period, it will be returned to Japan. In such an event, we will cancel your order and refund your money. Please note that we will not reship the item.
<Warranty> One-year warranty, effective only in Japan
Warranty is available only for the damaged items sent in to the specific address in Japan we provide.
<Cancellation> Cancellation should be requested before shipment.
Cancellation after shipment will result in a refund of the product amount less actual shipping fee.
<Customs Duties>
The product amounts do not include any taxes, such as import tax. Buyers are suggested to confirm about tariffs and duties on their own.
