I got the item and when I opened it I must say there are 2 problems with the figure. 1st one of the "tubes" are broken like it was pulled too far. And the 2nd is that a finger on the right hand is stuck and won't move like it was glued. I know you did not do this and it's not your fault. If you had another I would like to exchange but not hopeful. Well there it is
