事前に、下記の項目に同意して欲しい。
1. 受注したら、原則48時間以内に商品を出荷して欲しい
2. 商品が売れた場合、荷物に同封が必要な資料がある。 受注したらPDFファイルを送るので、印刷して同封して欲しい
3. 顧客が返品してきた際、返金が発生する。その際は、私に払い戻しをして欲しい。

For a long-term business with you, I'd like you to agree with followings.
1.Once I make a order, please ship it within 48 hours.
2.When the items are sold, there is document that I want you to send with, so print it and send it together after I send you the PDF file.
3.When the costumers request return, there would be a returning fee. In that case, I want you to pay it back to me.
Those are the agreement that I want you to know now.
