前払いの輸送方法や送り先払いの方法を、
手配することが出来ないのです。

We know the way to ship from Japan, but don't know about the condition of transportation in U.S., so we can't arrange for the way to pay in advance and send a parcel C.O.D.
So we want to pay the amount of the carriage after shipping.
