大変申し訳ございませんが、ご希望されている日時にお届けする事ができかねます。
また配送可能日は、バラの成長の関係で12月11日頃ではないとお伝えすることができないようです。
現在バラが少なくなっていることと、寒さの影響でバラの成長が遅れている為です。
せっかくご注文頂いたのにもかかわらず、ご希望に応えられず本当に申し訳ございません。

Regarding to the order, After confirming with rose garden, I am sorry to say that It is impossible to delivery on the date you wanted.
Regarding to the growth of rose, It can be said that I can not ship around Dec 11th.
At present, because the quantity of rose is not too many as well as the weather is cold so rose'growth is very slow.
In spite of having had you order it I am very sorry that I can not meet your request.
