私は、この商品を、新品で購入したのですが、
メーカーの箱が無い状態で届きました。
商品がビニールの袋に入っていて、それが直接、御社の箱に入れられた状態で届きました。
新品の商品で、メーカー箱が無いというのは、なぜでしょうか？
