This is what Monette told me about those two mouthpieces.
MSV4 has a BT1 rim, but with a more shallow cup with the "slap" design
MBV3 is like a TT5, only with a little more shallow cup and with the "slap" design
The SV3 is actually the biggest tuba mouthpiece Monette makes and it has a more rounded rim.
Regarding the Helleberg tuba mouthpieces. It looks like Schilke doesn't call the original Helleberg mouthpiece a Helleberg anymore - they call it the 66 and it is has a little bit smaller rim and cup depth than the Helleberg "SH" model. The Schilke website doesn't call the SH model the Helleberg II, so I'm a little confused. Hope that helps.

また、SV3はMonette製では一番大きなサイズのチューバマウスピースであり、丸みを帯びたリムになっています。
Helleberg(ヘルバーグ)タイプのチューバマウスピースに関してですが、Schilke(シルキー)はヘルバーグのオリジナルのマウスピースを”Helleberg”という名称ではなく”66”と呼んでおり、"SH(シルキー ヘルバーグ)"モデルよりも若干小さなリムで、浅めのカップになっています。SchilkeのホームページではSHモデルをHelleberg IIというモデル名では呼んでいませんでしたので、少し混乱してしまいました。お役に立てていれば幸いです。
