先だっての事業計画について報告と、結論を求めたく書面にいたしました。本日、私は、以前より御世話になっている新潟の会社の社長と面談をしてまいりました。資金の提供について話を聞きたいということから説明をしてまいりました。太郎さん用に作成をした計画書と、あれから既に何日も経過していることから次々に実績がでてますので、その結果を含めて、楽器と音楽ビジネスの説明をしてまいりました。

I have put the business plan and conclusion together in a report. I went to see the president of the Niigata company I have been working with. I have explained abut the business as he wanted to discuss about investing. We talked about the music instrument and music business including the business plan complied for Taro and the business performance since it has been for days and we are getting results back.
結果、その社長より００００円を本日その場で提供して頂きました。
説明に際して、この第一次計画書はもともと太郎さん用に作成したものであり、太郎さんに御提出はしているが賛否も何も返事がないことも正直に御話いたしました。
本日お逢いした社長からは、既に話をしている以上は失礼になるので、太郎さんの事業に対する投資の意欲の有無を確認するよう言われました。
そして、太郎さんが投資しないという結論を頂いた際には即時、０００円を私達に追加投資するとの指示を頂いてまいりました。
As a result, the president made a decision to invest JPY XXXX for this business on the scene. In my explanation to him, I was honest with our current situation that this first business plan is made for Taro-san and I have not yet to received Taro-san’s response either agree or disagree at this point.
The president told me that I should confirm your intention of investment for this business because it would be rude as I already have mentioned this to you. (どちらに失礼になるのか文面から図りかねましたのでここではメールの宛先人と解釈しています)
In addition, he also promised me the additional immediate investment of JPY XXX if Taro-san decided not to invest for this business.
本日お逢いした社長が申し入れてくれた金額は太郎さんに提出をした必要資金額とイコールです。社長からは、結論の先送りは事業チャンスの損失になるので、無関心な人は排除するようにと指示されてまいりました。
従いまして、御提出いたしました計画への投資の結論を、7日までに頂戴したく御願いいたします。ただ、御説明の通り000円は既に本日調達いたしましたので、残り０００円に対しての御結論ということで御願い申し上げます。
The president offered the same amount as the required amount noted in the plan given to Taro. He/She (the president) told us to eliminate the people who shows no interest as the delaying to come to the conclusion is going to be a loss for the business.
I would, accordingly, like to know your decision on your investment to the plan by 7th. We will be financing Y 000 today, so please let us know your decision on the investment of the rest, Y 000.
