Withdrawals can be performed by Wire Transfer only. Before submitting a new request a Payment Option (i.e. Bank Account details) should be added. There is no need to add new Payment Option if it has been already added.
The withdrawal request is processed within 3 business days. You may request to cancel the withdrawal when the withdrawal status is “NEW” and funds will be credited back to the EcoCard Account.

Click the ‘myEco’ tab on www.ecocard.com and log in with the username and password you chose during registration.

引き出しは電信送金のみとなります。要求を送信する前に、支払いオプション (例: 銀行口座詳細) を追加していただく必要があります。すでに支払いオプションを追加済みの場合は新規に追加する必要はありません。
引き出し要求は 3営業日の間に処理されます。引き出しステータスが「新規 (NEW)」である間は引き出しの取り消しを要求することができます。この場合、預金は EcoCard アカウントに再クレジットされます。
EcoCard プリペイド・デビットマスターカードの場合の申請手順
www.ecocard.com の「myEco」ボタンをクリックし、登録の際に選択したユーザー名とパスワードでログインします。
左側のメニューから「プリペイドマスターカード (Prepaid MasterCard)」を選択します。
「詳細と申請 (Find out more and apply)」ボタンをクリックします。
