私は、以前この商品を購入した者ですが、パッケージに”このアイテムが有資格内科医、脊椎指圧師によって使用される事になっている”と書かれた説明書が入っていました。
この商品が有資格者のライセンスを受けたというコピーを送って頂く事は可能ですか？
その前にも購入した事がありますが、その時はこのような説明書は入っていませんでした。何故でしょうか？

I purchased the previous item but in the package there are instructions that state "This should be used via a qualified physician or chiropractor"
Is it possible to send a copy saying that this product is licensed by a qualified person?
Also, I've bought something before but there was never this sort of instruction. Why is that?
