返信が遅くなりすみません。
前回頂いた資料と前回の通関時の証明書と、WEBサイトのURLを通関に提出しました。
本日担当から連絡が来て、それらの資料に加えてXXXとYYYのもっと詳しい使い方の説明書と装着した画像が欲しいと言われました。
WEBサイトの説明と画像では不足との事です。
通関が米軍で実際に使われている武器パーツではないか？と誤解しているらしいので、単に模倣した玩具である事を説明しないとならないようです。
お手数ですが何か資料がありましたらメールで頂けると助かります。

I have submitted the documents received last time,the certificate from the customs clearance
and the URL of the WEB site to the customs.
Today I was asked by the person in charge to provide with detailed instruction of how to
use XXX and YYY and also for some pictures when they are mounted.
It is because of insufficient instruction and image in the website.
The customs has doubts if it is a weapon parts used in US Army .So we have to explain that
it is nothing more than a imitation toy.
Sorry to trouble you, but It will be very helpful if you can mail any kind of documents
for explanation.
