I am confident to write highly [[[readable]]] and [[[maintainable]]] codes. I have acquired that skill by experiencing various languages, frameworks, tools and [[[development styles]]].

(I have quite no problems in terms of reading English technical documents.) Another advantage I have is to never stop catching business trends. (I have a strong interest in a launch of new internet service or business.) In other sides, I have many friends who are in their 20s, because I was a street dancer a few years ago (mainly HipHop and House). This has allowed me to reach various information from those friends and be familiar with culture and atmosphere for young generation.

#4 At the moment, I am in charge of development, but by around April 2014, I plan on changing my career to experience the role of an engineering leader. After having worked on my management skills, presentation skills and on my English language skills, my ultimate goal is to become either the [[[CCT職]]] or the management position of a cyber company that creates business globally.
年齢は既に40代手前ですが、外見も気持ちも相当若いです。(お会いする方から｢本当にエンジニアの方ですか？｣と驚かれることが多いです)。協調性およびコミュニケーション能力も非常に高いと思います。(アイデアや意見はどんどん発信していくタイプです)。
まだ経験はありませんが公式の場でのプレゼンテーション作業等も問題なく対応できると思います。
#5 Age-wise I am nearly 40, but physically and mentally I feel I'm quite youthful. (People I meet often show surprise saying "Are you really an engineer?") I think I'm cooperative and good at communication. (I am not afraid to vocalise ideas and opinions.)
Although I am inexperienced, I feel that I would also be able to cope with giving presentaion in an official occasion without any problem.
