一番大切なのは、相手が本当に伝えたいことは何なのかをくみ取り、それをインタビュー記事として作り上げることだと、私は考えています。
そのため実際に話した内容と違う、順番、言葉使いで記事を作成しても問題ないと思っています。
記事としてあげる場合、何より大切なのは写真です。
出来るだけ沢山の写真を撮ってくると良いでしょう。

I guess the most important thing is, to feel and think about what the person try to tell to me, then, make a article of the interview.
Also I think that sometimes you don't need to use the actual order or expression of words to write a article. The most important thing for a article is photos.
I recommend to to take photos as many as possible you can.
