Attached is a picture of the Shipment details that came from the Amazon Web site at time of purchase. I received instead, as I reported before, an ARS pull saw, 255Z-1.8L. The ARS LA-180ZR305 Razor Edge 6-10 ft Pruner is pictured in the product description but with a price that I now know is wrong, a price that probably belongs to the 255Z-1.8L product. I wanted the LA-180ZR305.
Let me know if this is enough for you to prove that I was misled by the product information. Again, I wish to return the incorrectly shipped tool and to be refunded all costs including shipping from the US.
