私の親友は高校時代の同級生だ。高校1年の時同じクラスになったのがきっかけだ。私たちが仲良くなったのは、大学を卒業し働きだしてからだ。毎週会って夕食を食べたり、映画を観たり、会うと話しが尽きない。同時に仕事や人間関係での悩みを話し合い、アドバイスをする。大学や仕事もバラバラだが、性格や好きな服装が似ている。お互いに相手を批判するのが嫌いなため、喧嘩をしたことがない。私たちの共通の趣味は旅行で年に一回休みを合わせて、旅行に行く。今年はカナダに来る予定で、とても楽しみにしている。
My dear friend was in the same grade as me when we were in high school. While we were originally in the same class in the first grade of high school, it was only after we graduated from university and went out to work that we became closer friends. Going out for food every week and seeing movies, whenever we met we would talk for hours. We would also talk about our work and relationship problems and share advice. Our universities and jobs were completely different but we shared similar personalities and fashion sense. As we both didn't like criticizing each other, we never got into arguments. With our common interest in travelling, once a year we would take time off work together and go travelling. This year I am really excited as my friend plans to come to Canada this year.
