1. The focusing screen is not exactly in 'Mint' condition - However I can use it without too many problems
2. The 120 Film Back is definitely NOT in 'Mint' condition and is only a '120 Pro' holder & not a Pro II unit as per the rest of the camera. In fairness to you, the photograph of the unit, if looked at closely, shows the film holder type I actually received BUT since the felt light traps inside the holder & the rotating back locking mechanism are worn, and as previously noted definitely NOT in 'Mint +' condition I am a little unhappy
Do you have an alternative back available please ?
I would be happy to pay a reasonable price to exchange the unit I got with the camera for a PRO II unit in mint condition.

正直に申し上げまして、そのユニットの写真には、近くで見てみると、実際に私が受け取ったフィルムホルダータイプが記載されていますが、フェルトライトがホルダーの中に入り込み、回転バックロック部位が使い込まれています。前にも申しましたが決して新品とは言えず、私は少々不満足です。
代替品のバックは入手可能ですか？
私が受け取ったユニットを新品のPRO llユニットに替えて頂けないでしょうか？相応の代金は支払います。
