先日あなたから購入したRBZ Tour 8 Head(T34610)に不具合があります。
トゥ側に凹みがあることと、Headを振ったら内部からカラカラ異常音がします。到着した時点から発生していましたので、返品させてください。
EMSで発送予定です。到着後、返金してください。ちなみにHeadのフィルムは外しています。発送先の郵便番号、住所、電話番号を教えてください。
あと、R1の件であなたに水曜日に連絡すると言われましたが、返信がきていません。こちらも合わせて対応をお願いします。
There are some problems with RBZ Tour 8 Head(T34610) I bought from you the other day.
There is a dent around the toe and some strange rattle is from the inside of the head as I swing.
As this happeneed from the arrival of it, I'd like to return it.
I am going to send it via EMS. After you receive it, please give me a refund.
By the way, I have already removed the film which wrapped the head.
