According to our records, this package arrived to our facility addressed to another customer of ours. This package has since been shipped on to this other customer. I have already reached out to the other customer of ours to confirm if they received these items and if there were received in error or if they also ordered these products. I will send you an email update as soon as I receive a reply from our other member.

我々の記録によれば、この小包は他の顧客宛てで、施設に届きました。ですので、この小包はこの他の顧客に向けて発送されたものです。これらの商品を受け取ったか、それは誤ってなのか、注文自体をしたのかを確認するため、既に他の顧客に連絡をしてみました。他の会員から返事を受け取ったらすぐ、更新メールを送ります。
