you ran the auction, I purchased the cartridge and paid immedately. you sent me a message that it would be shipped out soon and you would notifiy me when it shipped, then for some reason, I think you recieved anther offer for the cartridge or you decided that you could not let it go at the price listed...
so you make up a story refund the money and think that I should give you positive feedback. sorry it does'nt work that way, you will recieve what is due, and I will post negative feedback as soon as 7 days have passed, only way I don't post negative is a message from you letting me know you have the cartridge and will ship as soon as I repost the payment.
