輸送業者より破損が多いため改善命令を受けました。どうやらそちらの梱包方法に問題があるようです。
皿は間にaを敷き積み重ね固定するように外側をaで三重に巻いてください
カップはハンドル部分をケアするようにaで二重に巻いてください
いずれも商品の梱包が不十分な場合はその上からaを追加で巻いてください
bの量が少ない為輸送中にダンボールの中身が動いてぶつかる為破損に繋がっているようです。bは必ずダンボール一杯まで詰めて下さい
重いものは下に、軽いものを上に。中身の配置にも気を配ってください
We received the order for improvement from the carrier service that they are pin pointing your packaging method to have caused them a log of trouble.
When you pack the dishes, please insert the “a” in between and fixed them, and then, wrap them again three time using the “a”
For packing the cup, the handle must be wrapped doubled by using “a” carefully.
In any case, if you think that the packing is not enough for the item, please wrap with additional “a” on top of the bundled pack.
According to the carrier service, the stuffing of “b” for not to make the items move inside the box during the shipment has not been enough and the movement of the items caused to damage, therefore, please fill the “b” fully for not make them move inside of the box.
Please consider the arrangement when you put the items by placing the heavy items at the bottom and the light item on top of them.
