出資の比率
前回会議室でお話しの時に比率の変更を考えていると申しましたが、
やはり50:50でいきます。
秘密保持契約
弊社とトムさん達と、お店に関するものの秘密保持契約を結びたいです。
かいつまんだ内容は
・商標やレシピ、ノウハウ、知的財産など、弊社の許可なしに、第三者にもらしたり、利用したりしない。
勝手に弊社に不利益になるような行動はしない。
秘密保持の範囲と期限、内容などをしておきたいと考えています。
次の火曜日7月16日から作成に取り掛かります。
Invest Ratio
We informed you in the last meeting in the meeting room that we were considering to change the invest ratio, but finally decided to keep the ratio to 50:50.
Confidential Agreement
We would like to enter a confidential agreement with Mr. Tom concerning the shop.
The outlined contents are:
- Not to leak or use trademarks, recipes, know-how or intellectual properties without obtaining the other party's permission.
- Not to act in such manner that would give any disadvantage to our company.
We would like to decide the scope, terms and content of the confidential agreement.
We will start preparing it from July 16, next Tuesday.
オープンの時期
お電話で2013年の11月にオープンをしたいという事を聞きました。
弊社が10月以降に3店舗のお店をオープン予定です。
トレーナーとしてこちらの社員がそちらに人手が回せません。
それと現地スタッフの主力となる人を日本で研修を６ヶ月はやりたいと考えています。
ですので、年内のオープンは無理だと考えています。
早くて来春くらいかと思います。
上記と重なりますが、オープン前に現地スタッフの主力となる人を１店舗あたり２名６ヵ月間日本に研修に来させてほしい。
Timing of the Opening
We heard through a telephone call that you would like to open the shop in November 2013.
We will open three shops on or after October.
So we will not be able to dispatch our staffs as trainers.
And we would like to have the main on-site staffs trained in Japan at least 6 months.
So we suppose that it would be difficult to open the shop in this year.
At the fastest, it will be possible to open the shop in the spring of the next year.
Again, we would like to request you dispatch 2 on-site staffs per one shop to Japan for 6 months for the purpose of training.
