返品についてのご連絡です。
商品説明にも書いてありますが、商品価格に税金は含まれていません。
しかし、受け取り時に予想外のVATが課せられてしまったことに私は大変申し訳なかったと思います。
返品の場合は商品が日本に到着してから返金処理が行われます。
もしくはVATはこちらで負担しますので、通関手数料だけお客様に負担して頂き、商品の受け取りをお願い出来ないでしょうか？
その時はVATの書類を写真かスキャナでメッセージの下のファイルから添付して頂ければ速やかにVAT分を返金します。
This is a message in regards to the refund. As it is written in the product description, tax is not included in the price of the item. However as you were as unforeseen by us charged VAT, we offer our sincerest apologies.
If you choose to return the item, we will go through our refund procedures once the item arrives in Japan.
Alternatively as we will deal with the VAT, if you could deal only with the customs charge would you still be willing to receive the item? At that time, if you could attach a photo or scan of the VAT form from the file at the bottom of this message, we will promptly refund you the VAT.
