For your defective return and exchange, we waive the usual minimum 15% restocking fee as soon as our inspection proves a manufacturing defect AND all parts, cables, screws, manuals, etc., are also returned in excellent condition with no modifications or alterations.
When the return arrives, we will inspect it briefly to replicate the problem. Please include a written problem description and information that may help us reproduce the issue.
