続報。撮影は5月に撮影所で開始。それから島でのロケをスタート。海と島々が見渡せる小高い山の風車小屋の形をした建物をベースに、そのすぐ側らにパン屋を含む大掛かりなセットを組んで撮影。実写版はアニメと同じく文学を原作にするがアニメが1巻を描いていたのに対して実写版では1～2巻が元。監督は「アニメが世界中で有名になりイメージがすでに固まっているので、実写化は無謀だとわかっています。しかしだからこそ挑戦したい」と静かな口調で熱い決意を口にする。撮影/録音風景をご紹介。楽しみすぎる。
Update: Shooting will start in May at the studio, then, the shooting place will be moved to a Island. The shooting will be with a large scale setting focusing a wind mill shaped structure with a bakery beside on a low rise mountain overlooking the sea and the islands. The live-action version also based on the literature as same as the animation but the difference is that the animation depicted based only on the first release, on the other hand, the live-action version will be based on the first and second releases. The director knew it is a foolhardy to film the live-action version because the image of this story has been fixed already as the animation version became popular around the world. “That is why I want to challenge”, the director told with quite and firm decision.
