アカウントの補足について所定の期限内に完了しなかった為アカウンを削除されましたが
私は御社と何度もやりとりをして1 Jun 2013 16:06のメールでアカウント情報に問題が
ないとメールを頂きました。その為安心していましたので今回の件はビックリしました。（補足箇所添付有）
具体的に登録情報が欠けている箇所をご指摘頂けると幸いです。
私は全力で対応します。

My account has been deleted due to not filling in the gaps within a given time limit, however, I have communicated with you several times and you wrote me an e-mail on 1 June 2013, at 16:06 that my account information has no problem. I was relieved to read it, so the news of deletion of my account surprised me. (please find compliment in attached.)
Please kindly point it out if there are some concrete missing information.
I will try my best to fill in the gap.
