Next, under "Choose a Category" select "Email address." Under subject type:
"Your MyStoreReward from xxxxxx" (xxxx should be your eBay seller ID).

You will receive a confirmation screen showing the first and last pending reward as well as your message.
Click "Send Money" and you are all done.
