All right, we both know that the reason of cancel transaction wasn't real. Just because it didn't sell for what you expected, doesn't mean you have the right to cancel it. By the law I will get the item I won and paid in a no reserve auction, and it's up to me to decide whether it's "broken" or not.

とりあえず、取引中止の理由は現実的でない、という点はお互いに納得してますね？
そちらが期待していた金額で売れなかったからといって、一方的に中止する権利はそちらにはないはずです。法的に考えて私が落札し、今回最低落札価格非設定だった事も考慮すれば、商品は私が頂くべきですし、取引の「破棄」に関する判断と決定権も私にあります。
では、より誠実味をもった解決策の提案をお待ちしております。さもなければ、残念ながらeBayに通告をするよりありませんし、フィードバックにも書かせて頂きます。
